This website is operated by BeachBox Ltd trading as Sidemount Pros, New Zealand. Contact steve@sidemountpros.com about your personal information or privacy choices.
Cookies and your choices
We do not install advertising or analytics cookies or scripts. We store your podcast audio preference in your browser’s local storage under smp-media-consent-v1 for six months. This preference storage remembers your consent choice. You can change your choice using “Privacy settings” in the footer, or clear it through your browser settings.
Optional podcast audio
Podcast audio is hosted externally through Spotify for Creators / Anchor and its delivery providers. Until you allow podcast audio, our player has no audio source and does not request audio from that service. If you allow it and play an episode, the service receives information such as your IP address and browser details and may use cookies or similar technologies under its own policy. See Spotify’s privacy policy. You can withdraw permission in Privacy settings. Withdrawal stops further playback and requests from our player; it does not erase information already received by the provider or cookies it has already set.
Links and purchases
YouTube, Spotify, Patreon, Amazon, social media and Stripe checkout links take you to separate services. Their privacy and cookie policies apply when you visit them. Book payments are processed by Stripe. For eBook delivery, our Cloudflare service records the order and delivery status and uses Resend to email the download link. We use the purchase email address to fulfil the order and provide support. We do not receive your full payment card details. Print orders require delivery information to fulfil shipping.
Hosting and enquiries
Cloudflare hosts and protects this website and may process IP addresses and technical request information to deliver and secure it. Email enquiries are handled through Google Workspace. These providers may process information outside New Zealand. Contact us to request access to or correction of personal information we hold, or to raise a privacy concern. We retain order and enquiry information as needed for fulfilment, support and applicable recordkeeping obligations.
